Women's Health Workshop: Keeping Your Body Strong During Pregnancy In-Person
Join us for an informative and empowering workshop focused on maintaining strength and wellness throughout pregnancy. Learn about the physical changes that occur in each trimester and why they happen, and discover safe, effective ways to support your body through movement and exercise. Topics include trimester-specific exercises, strategies to reduce stress on the pelvis, lower back, and pelvic floor, and how to use props and supports for greater comfort. We'll also explore third-trimester stretches and movements that can help prepare your body for a smoother labor. Ideal for expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy!
This workshop is presented by Julianne Beck, PT, DPT, OCS, a Women's Health and Performance Specialist and owner of Tidal Physical Therapy and Wellness in Dedham, MA.
