In Person Gardening Talk; "The Self-Taught Plant Mom - Tips and Tricks for Greening Your Home" with Laurie Stillman In-Person

This will be a one-hour gardening program to learn more about how to keep indoor plants beautiful, with Laurie Stillman.  Decorating your home with plants brings many benefits including adding natural beauty, privacy, cleaner air, and feelings of calm to your living environment.  There are so many plants out there to choose from, but it's important to know which ones will likely work well for your home and lifestyle, and how to best take care of them.

Laurie has been nurturing nearly 50 plants in her Milton home since Covid, and she has learned a lot in the process.  She will share tips and tricks about growing and caring for a variety of indoor plants, including how to get started, what plants are most suitable for beginners and those with some e experience, and how to display them in ways that will add to your indoor pleasure. This will be an interactive session, with participants sharing their experiences and questions, and there will be a plant raffle at the end!

Laurie has lived in Milton for 35 years and is an active member of the community.  As an empty nester, she thoroughly enjoys being a Plant Mom!

Please register in advance here and signup starts 3 weeks before the program date.
