Owl Eyes Wilderness Survival: Spoon Carving, Ages 8-12* In-Person
Join Owl Eyes Wilderness Survival to learn to carve wood into spoons! Students will learn knife techniques, safety, and blade sharpening at the beginning of class. Class will also cover the overall "how-to" on carving. All tools and materials will be provided including knives, hook knives, sharpeners, and locally sourced carving wood. Students usually make a finished project by the end of class.
We kindly ask grownups to stay with participants.
Registration is required and will open two weeks prior to the class. Sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library.
